I would just call flop and fold the turn. On the turn, any card between a ten and a King is good for your hand. When any of these cards turn, the SB may check, giving you a free card if you want it. Queens and Tens give you a straight draw and you can check those. Jacks and Kings give you a chance to raise if SB bets.

Most live players will have a pair or 7 here, but your other hand indicates that this might not be the case
