TendSkin (available at Sephora, just so you feel extra manly going to buy it) I think the company Jack Black sells something similar for a bit less money.
After I get waxed I use TendSkin for a few days and it eliminated any bumps or ingrowns that I would normally get.I held off buying it for a while due to the cost and the vague feeling that it was maybe just alcohol or something and I was getting ripped off, but it really works quite well.
