Late sunday night my roomates and I were messing with the responsible gaming feature under my account, NickyBaker (this is a new feauture right? We had not seen it before...). My roomate ended up joking around about exluding me from playing for 7 days, and then he ended up accidentally doing it. This obviously sucks for me.

I've been busy with school, so I haven't written until now. I'm well aware this sounds like a degenerate gambler trying to get his account activated before 7 days, but Im only a casual player and have 40 dollars in my account. Not much room for degeneracy there. Is it possible to get me out of this responsible gaming lock, or am I stuck until next sunday?

We certainly can't reverse it in Support -- that's the whole idea, and it is
clearly stated as such in the self-exclusion text. I've copied this reply
to our Responsible Gaming email address; it's up to them if they wish to
reverse this.
