Fold or raise preflop, you're on the cutoff, second best position and you have a very playable hand in position. If you had 65ss or 33 here and your table was very fishy, I'd limp behind but JT is a great hand post flop in position. Given the action, I don't think you're good here.
Actually, this is $3 cap(30bb) it looks like, I have no idea how this stuff plays. Probably better to play hands that have good showdown value like A high rather than drawing hands since you have no implied odds.
