i am on a weight loss program myself. i had let myself go heaps since taking up poker full time and realised that i was going to have to work hard if i wanted to get back to looking healthy again. i started one month ago and am so far down 5kgs. still got at least another 10kgs to go, but having people say that i look better already makes it easy to keep motivated.
