Well done first of all!
I did pretty much the same as this for about 20lbs when I crept up a little a few years ago. I ran a couple of miles 3 times a week and literally just cut out crisps (chips), fizzy drinks and changed white bread to wholemeal and i dropped about 20lbs in 10 weeks.
