My sister was driving home from lunch today and I was in the back right seat. She makes a right hand turn into our driveway. Guy behind us saw her swing out to the left before she turned and figured she was making a left turn, despite the fact that her right signal was on. He spots an opportunity to be super efficient and save seconds off his journey and decides to pass on the right. He hits the back right hand side of the car, right where I was sitting. I hit my head.
