Well... the w/o buns burgers are usually for when I'm at my place and just grilling up some lean burger meat. When I'm out somewhere I usually eat the bun ... I just skip the cheese, sauce, etc. Just burger, lettuce, tomato and onion. I figure one or two buns isn't too bad.
