This is kinda stream of conciousness thinking. Apologies if it's a bit rambling. This hand is very odd.
The only big draws that turn completes are gutshots. Other than that, it'd have to be some crappy two pair or a turned set for the 7 to have helped him. A 2x pot shove makes no sense for a value bet from a better hand, which makes me want to call, but OTOH you've shown nothing but strength, in a multi-way pot, and he's shoving into you, which is massively strong. Added to that, you're not closing the action, which makes me nervous.
I probably fold here, but I really don't like it much. I'm having a heck of a time putting him on a hand.
