This had been a major sore point for a lot of people for some time; I think that since they officially signed him as a full tilt pro, he's just been playing on his red name account. I'm really not sure.
They initially explained it away (without referring to him by name) by saying that one of their high rollers was superstitious when it came to screen names, and that since he was such a huge customer and the other high stakes players all knew about it, they allowed it. For anyone not routinely making 7-figure transactions with the site, you're out of luck having a second account there.*
*I'm sure it's possible, and I'm sure many people have done/do it. But if you get caught, your accounts will be frozen, and they could potentially confiscate all of your funds in each of them (though they usually just close the excess account(s) and transfer the funds back into your first account).
