What chaos said. So if it's a $50 pot, and SB has the high and the low, BB has the high, and BTN has the low:
High pot is $25, SB gets $13, BB gets $12.
Low pot is $25, SB gets $13, BTN gets $12.
The general exception is for a wheel or other identical hands, where the pot is split evenly. So if a $50 pot was split between two wheels (neither of whom had a better high), each receives $25.
