yeah. i am from chicago, and i used to make the drive to east chicago...

if you're anywhere up in the NW burbs, take 294 around the city. the distance is slightly more, but the time is worth it. downtown is ALWAYS bad unless its 2am and even then it can be bad.

i never got to play at potawatomi. i suspect it is a pretty decent place. it may be worth your time to go there instead.

i agree that hollywood sucks, but i played there a lot as well because it was 15 minutes away.
