You should ask a Commerce floor person to be sure, or if you don't want to ask yourself, have a friend ask a floor person for you.
A dealer's handbook probably would not help you, since the rules vary from casino to casino. But on this particular point I have never seen a variance. The odd chip always goes to the high, at least in my experience.
