i dont like the cold call on his raise preflop, his raise isnt going to fold any draws, with such a draw heavy board, IF i played in a few hands with him and got a better read, i would shove flop. i cant see him min. raising a set, clearly nobody is going to fold with any kind of drawy hand. it would help if you had a read on him with his 3 better range and opening/calling range, if you saw a few showdowns. if he comes over the top on your turn, i would fold.

the best line would be to 3 bet him on the flop and shut down if he pushes, if he cold calls check turn, if he is drawing to a club i cannot see him doing anything but 2 options, checking behind or shoving turn as a "donkish move", which ive seen alot from 1/2.
