SN:

I haven't seen you post a lot of hands, but I see a lot of other people posting hands against you, and I have to advise: Stop 4-betting so much. Seriously not doing your variance any good, and it's pretty exploitable because you always call 5-bet shoves which means:

a) People 5-bet AJ+/88+ for value against you
b) Some players know you 4-bet very light, but they don't understand the fact that you aren't folding to 5-bets. Those people shove-bluff against you. So someone 5-bet bluffs [censored] like A6, etc (because they KNOW you are 4-betting light), and then you call, and their bluff ends up being a value raise. Not good.

Seriously, if you open T9o and get 3-bet, the baby jesus won't cry if you let it go. Or you can call a lot and try to outplay people post-flop, if you are decent in 3-bet pots. But at nl200, I don't think all the 4-bet bluffing is doing you any good.

Then again, I could be wrong, maybe you don't do it that much, and I only see a few examples.
