I am not sure yet but it looks awfully close to say the least. Although there`s only 3 possible JJ combos it often is a significant part of SBs (maybe 20%) coldcalling range.
If none of them ever goes out of line with less than an ace I guess it could be EV+. If one of them can I don`t like it
