The hand, your stats, everything could be treated the same as if the dude hadn't been there. But instead of writing complex rules like, size of stack needs to be x BB to be considered a player, or in case of split, do this, in case of AI, do this, etc etc, it's so much easier to just have a set defined rule like, if you win money, it's a win, if you lose money, it's a loss.

what? i dont want any complex rules. the amount of times you split a pot is far far more than the amount of times you are up against someone with a .2BB stack IMO
