I'd be more worried about two spades than I would be about QJ. Lot more combinations of that.
AA or KK would have reraised preflop.
AK/TT/22/KT would raise this flop as would the straight/flush draw so no new information there.
I hate going broke on one pair, so I'd call and reevaluate on the turn (probably bet out on any nonspade).
