As played I go all in on the turn.

If he has a 2 I don't think he's betting 300 on the flop, I would expect a check here instead.
The way he played flop and pre flop I would put him on a small/mid pair or JT/QT/J9s and given pot size relative to my stack I'm going for it with top 2 pair.
