All that needs to be done is make the minimum wage $25 an hour. It's obviously the right thing to do since employers are short changing their employees. They don't need to make as much profit as they do and they'd obviously be able to make a profit and raise everyone's (well at least all of the 95% that had their real wages decline) wages at the same time.
