if 3 of the remaining cards are higher then both players 2nd hole card , then both have an identical hand
say the board is A K J T 2
so both have a pair of aces. now each player uses the remaining cards to make the best 5 card hand. the best hand is in this case AA KJT
so the 9 vs 6 doesnt matter
