It has been stated that Lee Jones is worried about "over-fishing" in SNG's, and that is a reason to not lower rake. Well, even if lower rake doesn't attract more fish, it does allow the existing ones to survive longer.
Besides, if Stars is so worried about over-fishing, why do they allow people to play an unlimited number of SNG's at once, instead of setting a limit of say 12 tables maximum?
It's clear that the SNG community is being overcharged.
However, I must point out that effective rake was almost halved for Supernovas during the double FPP promotion, and a few people complained that too many skilled players were attracted as a result and thus the 60s and 114s were much tougher!
