This is really player-dependent. I see plenty of solid regulars who have a leak of c-betting at really inappropriate times. I still say if its a call preflop, it has to be a call on the flop because the value of your hand has changed very little. If you trust him not to be two-barrel bluffing with AK, the rest pretty much plays itself.
