It's hard not to be nicer than OOT.
About the only place I've come across (edit: that's meaner than OOT) was a large building with beautiful colored glass windows, where the people were impeccably dressed, but they just couldn't say a kind word about anyone ... "look at her dress, it's so raggy." "They need to get their kid a haircut." "Did you hear about the fight they had last week?" They didn't even like the sermon. Guess it hit too close to home ...
