I just moved to Henderson from Illinois. I have a background in racebook. I am here for the start of football season hoping to land a job in the sports side of things so can't really help with the dealing questions.
As far as living here. Everyone will tell you Summerlin or Henderson. I chose Henderson since I have more friends that live here. You're looking at paying $800 for a safe one bedroom apartment. I pay $860 a month for 730 square feet. Has a nice pool and decent workout room. Have only been here for 3 days now and am starting to question the quality of tennants. So maybe you should look to pay a little more if you're already used to a 900+ rent amount.
