Against a more LAGish player I would 3-bet pf, but this particular TAG is pretty tight pf even from SB in unopened pot. Also I thoght that I had to use a more deceptive line to extract value from him.

It's BvB, deception is somewhat overrated.

If he's a good TAG, then 3-betting him with A9o in position is nearly a must.
