it's great fun. aimless excited conversations is right. the evening always hits a brick wall though once you run out or manage to quit sniffing (a feat in itself) and you're no longer stupidly happy and you're awake for another 6 hours. if it wasn't so expensive and rough on the system it'd be pretty easy to use habitually.
