If they are above 60 BB, you really should be able to let it go. There is nothing wrong with asking them to reload. Instead of saying "reload plz" which could be considered offensive say "Would you please reload, I dont like playing people who are this short". Bottom line, if someone doesn't want to reload the other can just leave. And if someone asks you to reload and you don't want to, then same rules apply.
