Contributing the % that your company will match the minimum you should do, so you are there. I would try to increase your liquid savings, ideally to 3-6 months of expenses, in case you lose your job, or for emergencies.
You should be more diversified. You should have Large Cap and Small Cap funds, and you should have growth and value funds. You should have international funds. And at your young but not really young age, you should have a little bond exposure.
I would think about putting some money in a ROTH IRA as well.
