I've played a few sessions of 3/5 O8 in FL since they (slightly) raised the limits. It is really hard to beat the $5 rake but I think it can be done if you're interested in playing to make $10-20 an hour. But don't expect to beat the rake at all unless you're really good and the table is really loose. You have to leave if you aren't getting 5 or more to the flop in your raised pots -- frank is totally correct.

Raise from any position with any playing hand. Play fast and loose or don't play. You will get enough callers to justify.

Don't play this way ever against tables full of people who know what they are doing or online at similar limits. (For practice, you could try this at .02/.04 limit.)
