I'll add to the chorus of voices in this thread in saying that I really like the Wynn. Strictly based on looks of the place and not quality of games/dealers/environment, I'd also nominate Artichoke Joe's (totally dig the eel in the aquarium) in the Bay Area and the Hustler in LA. Both are pretty sweet places to check out, although there isn't much to play at either. 25/50 at the Hustler is all sorts of fun, though - huge pots ($5 chips - a turn raise is a whole stack!) and interesting characters like Bobby.
