Don't think I like the donk bet against him on this flop. This board slapped opponents range hard. I think you are more likely to c/r if you flopped straight or even 2pair given the likelyhood of a c-bet coming.
C/c'ng flop isn't terrible if floating here gives you a free turn card often enough.
As played I fold. His minraise on the flop and call on the turn look like he is walking the dog.
