Default 200NL - Big pot deep stacked, turn my hand into a bluff on the river?

Villain in this hand is about 16/12/2 and has been playing straightforward postflop. I've also been playing fairly tight, and I probably have a straightforward image as well. So, shove the river and try to push him off an overpair, or not? Also, does anyone play any other street differently?
