I don't play at FT, so I'd have no idea. However, why do you remove 12-tabling from the question? That might be exactly how he plans on clearing $100/day.
I was merely pointing out why someone was suggesting the bigger sites. I mostly bonus whore at sites just like the ones you suggested, but it might be tough for someone to clear $100+/day that way...likely impossible if they are American.
I should add I missed your OnGame suggestion the first time around. That would also be an excellent network to try if he is not American.
