Question for anyone having the SQL Error problem with 0 imports and errors appearing in the sqlerrors.txt file in version 0.13b (please verify that this is the specific 0 import issue by making sure you have that sqlerrors.txt file after trying to import and it should say something about invalid expression)

Are you able to successfully delete a database from Options - DB Maintenance - Delete DB and then have it created successfully when the app relaunches or do you get weird errors, have to login to pgadmin, edit the connection string, try launching it a couple of times for it to work etc.
