I have emailed them a few more times, as i determined to follow through with this to the end. i give credit to the poker stars support for keeping its cool, asi have emailed them NUMEROUS times. here is the latest response.

Besides what I have told you previously, there is not much I can add. I understand how you feel. Whilst I do not play heads up ring games myself I understand that there is a demand for them. Aside from forwarding your email to our ideas box I will also personally speak with my manager about this issue.
