Default How much to c-bet??

What is a good rule of thumb for an amount to continuation bet at the micro-stakes?

In HOH, Harrington advocates betting 1/2 the pot, but most people on here seem to think that a bet somewhat larger than this is better.

With a 1/2 pot bet, this only needs to work 1/3 of the time to break even - ex: three situations where the pot is 200, bet 100 each time. Opponent folds once and calls twice. When the opponent folds you gain 200. When the opponent calls, you lose 100 each time. Hence - 200 - 2*100 = 0 (break even).

A larger c-bet must work more often that this to break even, so my question is, what is the ideal c-bet size? 2/3 pot? 3/4 pot? pot?

I see that a larger bet may be needed at the micro stakes because there are so many calling stations and people who call to draws without the correct odds. But I also think it is important to not c-bet so much that the move isn't profitable in the long run...what do you guys think??
