What kind of job does he have?
Do you know anyone that he works with?
Is there a way to talk to a boss, who could in turn go to him and say..."you know, we are aware of your habit of driving intoxicated, if you get arrested for DUI, you are done here, no ifs, ands, or buts."
Or something to that effect.
