well, it's an interesting situation, because some people will call with A high/any pair here, and others will instamuck those. so if we arent sure how our opponent plays, we can checkraise here partially for fold equity and partially because if he's ahead with pair/A high then we have a bunch of outs to improve (between 9 and 15, also 4 outs to split usually.) he needs to fold a very small % of the time for this to be a profitable c/r IMO.

also if he 3bets we're drawing dead. why would we call the turn then?
