Not saying I agree in raising the turn, but your logic doesnt hold up, since a "standard" bet on the river is not 40$. What if he bets 65$?(Which is more probable) Then raising the turn will yield profit, since 60$<(20+65).

I probably play it the same though, since he's giving me good odds on turn and river(and calling river obv).
