From your read on villian, betting t300 on the turn will be called like 100% but may get you a cheap showdown as I doubt villian will fire at the river with air and will most likely check the river.

Checking the turn could induce a bluff from villian but your hand is not strong enough and your stack is not deep enough to look him up so fold the river.
