i like your reasoning, but no...current girlfriend is very solid =)
The new found loot will go towards whatever, we havent really decided yet. Instead of just splitting it up we decided to put it towards doing something together with it like go skydiving.
The punk will be paying for the window. Cops told me to get a few estimates on the costs of repair, bring it to them, and they will add it to the report or whatever when he goes in front of the judge. Im not really sure how it works, but i have a copy of the police report now and have this guys info, so if for some reason he isnt charged with replacing the window, i will pursue it later on in small claims court.
