BTW, where are you going? If you've never read any of Paul Theroux's travel books, and if your itinerary overlaps one of his, it might be a good choice.

Thanks for the link. I'm traveling to China and SE Asia. It seems like some of it overlaps. I think I'm gonna get one of these for reading if not on the trip, at least for some point. They seem right up my alley.
