Default fold both pre-flop.
Both are playable in very specific situations as which these do not qualify. Playing the pot HU is a prerequisite for profitability except when I flop the set. So, a loose blind rules out situation 1. As played and on that flop, I'm done when he calls the flop c/bet because of effective odds.
Situation 2 would depend in large measure on game dynamics, etc. So, in a coaching situation I would advise a student to fold without a 2nd thought.
