The Matrix scene is great, yes. But there is almost nothing in it that's not actors working in fromt of a green screen. The camera is NOT actually sweeping and diving underneath trucks and around cars, you know? Car scenes are impressive because they are filmed with stuntmen risking their lives. That's the difference.
