I think villian's range is as narrow as QQ, 99, AQ. Flush draws are unlikely even if you aren't holding Ac; this villian just doesn't checkraise flops w/ flush draws. I don't even think he does this w/ TT unless you've been pushing him around. However, I think he does do this very often w/ AQ, which makes this a tough laydown.
