It's not quite as easy as he (presumably) makes it out to be. Those "see their cards" programs are pretty much all scams, many are no more than hand histories.

It IS possible to infect another player's PC, and have a virus transmit the hole card info to you (or something similar), but that's something else. The hole cards of the other players are not included anywhere in the data that goes to your computer - so there's really nothing that a program could even decrypt. It just isn't there - you'd have to find a way to steal it from the site, your opponents, or from some point in between - which, again, is not easy to do.
