I'm only familiar with the blind rules on online poker.
I play 250,000 hands a years for the last 4 years and I have never experience blind rules like this. If I'm all-in on the turn in a $500 pot with KQ(QQx4)QT and I end up with a split pot...I call that a bad beat... I'm not sure what your point is unless it is:
A person who has played a million hands online is bad if he doesn't understand the blind rules in a particular casino?
