I´d Check call turn because we don´t want to fold out a pair from villain plus there is a small chance that we´re behind.
Check raising turn is not a bad play either since we are charging all singleclub flop raising hands.But my feeling is that he has a pair with no clubs.
Bet/fold river since he could pay off with some hands and it sure must look to him as you were waiting for that river card. Is he tricky it could be a bad move to bet/fold though.
But most villains are not tricky in this spot.And I also think being tricky here is a losing play for him in the long run.
