It's still typical red-head skin. You don't get freckles from doing cocaine, drinking, or dieting.

But redheads can pick up a body full of them practically overnight from being out in the sun, and once they get them, they're permanent.

If you are talking about skin that's saggy or something, that's one thing, but you can't say a redhead looks like she's been through a world of abuse just because she has freckles. Freckles are what redheads are all about.
